You benefit from the seamless region-wide network provided the GTS group (see our Europe wide network map). This is a key point as it allows us to provide unrivalled solutions to our customers from both a technical and a cost point of view. As we are a licensed operator with our own network within 5 countries in the CER (Central Europe Region) we can thus provide point to point connectivity without having to use other operators – this is a vital point as it ensures your solution is simple in its configuration and can be managed and overseen from a single point. Many other operators, even the largest in the world, do not have their own in-country networks within the CER region and thus need to use other operators to provide connectivity (in many cases GTS itself) – this results in more potential points of failure and a solution management structure that must span several operators and network management centres. Of course, the very fact that GTS Group can provide our customers with solutions from within our networks ensures that our customers also benefit financially as there are no needless margins to be added, or incentives etc. to be provided to supplying operators.
