Management changes in GTS Group in Poland

Effective January 1st 2009, Piotr Sieluk is appointed CEO of GTS Energis replacing Jaromir Lacinski, who is leaving the company. The change is part of the group -wide transformation program which aims to facilitate new strategy of GTS CE, adopted after the ownership change of the Group early this year. -
The launch of the pilot Wholesale WLR service run for HTS lines

GTS Novera carried out the migration of the wholesale service Novera DSL WS based on Carrier Broadband platform to new consolidated solution. This migration enables wholesale partners to order, change and cease their services directly on new Weborder and at the same time monitor the order flow during the provisioning process. -

Mr. Ignacio Irurita has been appointed Chief Technology Officer for GTS Central European Holding B.V. (GTS CE), a leading Central European telecommunications operator. In his new position, Mr. Ignacio Irurita will be responsible for managing GTS CE's regional network, unifying domestic networks and creating common operational platform for the subsidiaries of the Group. He will be based in Prague, Czech Republic. -

GTS Novera in 2007: The best financial results in the company's history

GTS Novera, the nationwide telecommunication operator, ended 2007 with excellent financial results. Compared to 2006 the most important indicator, EBITDA grew by 13% to more than CZK 1.041 billion. The company achieved a net profit of CZK 16.7 million. Revenues totaled CZK 5.765 billion, i.e. a similar level to 2006. -

GTS-Datanet: focus on own network based services

GTS-Datanet, Hungarian subsidiary of GTS Central Europe announced that number of its broadband internet subscribers increased significantly by 57 percent to 50,000 last year, above the average broadband market growth of 33 percent. The company announced to launch new ADSL and fixed phone packages in the local loop unbundling based YO! Neked portfolio, and extended coverage of reseller ADSL packages to service areas of incumbent Invitel. Due to these steps GTS-Datanet expects 50% growth in number of broadband subscriptions in 2008. -

GTS-Datanet again in Hungarian Top 500 Rankings

GTS Datanet, Hungarian subsidiary of GTS Central Europe reported 13,381 m HUF revenue in 2006 and was ranked at 416th among the biggest 500 Hungarian companies in a list compiled by HVG, the leading Hungarian business weekly. Due to its 20% revenue growth, GTS Datanet moved up 59 places in the Top 500 rankings as compared to the previous year, which is a unique development in the Hungarian telecom market.
