• GTS extends Regional Optical Network into the Balkans

• GTS Ethernet VPN - First ’Native’ Layer 2 VPN in the CEE Region

This new service is a direct response to our customer’s growing demand for large volumes of data transmission across their networks. GTS E-VPN, delivered via the homogeneous GTS Ethernet platform across the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia and Romania, will allow business customers to easily and cost effectively link multiple locations in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe.

• GTS Central Europe appoints David Šita as the Chief Executive Officer of GTS’ Czech subsidiary

  GTS Central Europe, a leading infrastructure-based telecommunications operator, provider of data center services in Central and Eastern Europe and the parent of GTS Hungary, has closed the acquisition of Interware and will spend EUR 550,000 in the next 3 months on the expansion of the acquired data center in Victor Hugo Street, Budapest. The combination of Interware and existing GTS Hungary data center facilities will position GTS Hungary as leader in the Hungarian data center market.

• GTS Central Europe Strengthens Slovak Operations with Acquisition of Dial Telecom (Slovakia)

  Bratislava, Slovakia - September 14, 2010 - GTS Central Europe (GTS), an infrastructure-based telecommunications operator and provider of data centre services in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), acquired Dial Telecom a.s. (Slovakia). Dial Telecom’s customer base and metropolitan optical network in Bratislava will greatly enhance GTS Slovakia’s ability to service customers throughout the Slovakia. Dial Telecom (Slovakia) is a provider of complete portfolio of voice, data and internet services. The acquisition will strengthen the GTS footprint not only in Slovakia, but in the whole CEE region. GTS will integrate the Dial Telecom customers and product offerings into its existing Slovak operations, creating a combined business with total annual revenues reaching nearly € 50 million.

• New unique Ethernet offer for CEE from GTS

• GTS Central Europe Acquires Hungarian Data Center Provider, Interware

  GTS Central Europe (GTS) today announced that it has agreed to acquire Interware Zrt., a leading provider of data center services in the Hungarian market. The deal is subject to local Competition Office approval and expected to close by the end of the third quarter of 2010. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

• GTS Central Europe Expanding Operations with Acquisition of Romanian Telecom Operator, Datek

  Bucharest, June 9, 2010
  GTS Central Europe (GTS), a leading telecommunications operator in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), announced the completion of a contract signed in December last year for the acquisition of Datek, an established and significant player in the Romanian telecommunications market. Datek’s strong corporate and carrier data customer base and strong presence in the financial and public sectors are complementary to GTS’s Romanian operations. GTS will add Datek into its existing Romanian operations, creating a combined business with total annual revenues exceeding €25 million. The acquisition will strengthen the GTS footprint not only in Romania, but also in the CEE region.
