A complex solution of the security of a corporate Internet connectivity

GTS Novera, a nationwide telecommunication operator, has just launched a new service, namely the Novera managed office, which is addressed to SMEs as a complex solution of their Internet connectivity security. Users are provided with functions of an external mailserver and secure protection against viruses, hacker attacks, spams and other risks.
"Ensuring a high-level security requires top-notch technologies and specialists with a full-range experience. A number of companies, especially the small ones, do not have such resources available. The Novera managed office service provides for all advantages of an outsourced solution - for a recurring monthly fee the customer is provided with a high-level security without any large investment costs. This fee is far lower than the costs a company would have to spend in order to ensure the same functionality internally" said Mr. Tomás Budník, a director of GTS Novera's commercial division.
The Novera managed office services is operated on a dedicated server at GTS Novera's data center. The service is based on a hardware firewall to which there are added a 97% effective antispam solution, spyware firewall and the services for filtering e-mail appended files and content of Internet pages. Moreover, there is added to the Novera managed office+ service an antivirus solution based on the AVP Kaspersky Anti-Virus application.
The Novera managed office has been conceived as an ancillary service to the Novera internet and Novera IP VPN services. Optionally, there may be added a Webmail module in order to access e-mail over a web interface, Mailarchive module for an automatic creation of received/sent e-mails and VPN concentrator for a remote access to a corporate network through the VPN technology.
