A Special Offer to the new Novera Komplet Office service

This week GTS Novera, a nationwide telecommunication operator, launched a sale of its preferred offer of the new Novera Komplet Office service that has already been available in Prague and all big cities. Within this action all long-distance (intercity) calls made by the customers till the end of March next year are free of charge.
The Novera Komplet Office service combines telephone services with a broadband Internet connectivity. It is addressed primarily to trades and SME's as it offers as a standard e.g. calls for less that CZK 0.80 per a minute as well as a dynamic flat fee depending on the volume of traffic. Moreover, the sale of this advantageous bundle of voice and Internet services is supported by an action offer.
Long-distance (intercity) calls for free
Until March 31, 2007 the new customers that will start use this service will not be charged for the first 30 minutes of any of their long-distance (intercity) calls. After the above-mentioned date the long-distance calls will be billed in compliance with a standard price list. Free long-distance calls are offered in a combination with a promotional offer of the Novera Komplet Office providing that there are changed neither any commitments nor any terms and conditions.
Modem, installation and activation: for mere CZK 1.00 each
The customers that will order the Novera Komplet Office service by the end of this year and enter into the contract with the usage term amounting to 18 months will be charged mere CZK 1 for the service activation. Also all necessary terminal equipment and their professional installation by a service technician will cost the customer mere CZK 1 each. So will cost them a portage of their phone numbers from the previous operator’s network to GTS Novera's one.
A single invoice issued by a single operator
The Novera Komplet Office service is based on a LLU (Local Loop Unbundled) of the dominant operator, i.e. metallic access lines that GTS Novera leased from the dominant operator and adjusted them in order to fit the customer needs. The customers are not to pay any flat rental fee to the dominant operator any longer so that they may cancel their contractual relationship with the dominant operator at all. They are supposed to pay a single bill to a single operator for the usage of the Novera Komplet Office service.
The more calls you make the less you pay
The Novera Komplet Office service is set as follows: with an increased volume of their traffic the customers are given a volume discount automatically for the pertinent month. The volume discount is applied for a monthly volume of usage-based fees amounting to over CZK 1,000. In the event that there is applied the largest discount the customer will pay the flat fee amounting to mere CZK 95 a month for its complete phone and Internet solution. There is also given a volume discount for usage-based fees depending on the overall traffic volume. Given the above-mentioned a typical customer might make calls to fixed networks for CZK 0.76 per a minute and to mobile networks for CZK 3.50 per a minute. The system of significant volume discounts helps to reduce the above-mentioned tariffs.
Availability in Prague and all large cities
Currently, the Novera Komplet Office service has been available to customers residing in Prague, Pilsen, České Budějovice, Pardubice, Hradec Králové, Liberec, Brno and Ostrava.
