GTS Central Europe appoints Stuart Evers as Chief Sales Officer

GTS Central Europe today announced the appointment of Stuart Evers as Chief Sales Officer, reporting directly to Tamás Polgár, CEO of GTS Central Europe. Evers brings over ten years of industry experience to GTS CE as he has worked across the European market for companies like Czech Telecom. Stuart will assume responsibility for the development of the company's retail sales activity.
Stuart is an Irish national and was born in Dublin in 1973. He grew up in Ireland where he attended the Dublin Institute of Technology (DIT) obtaining a diploma and an advanced diploma in marketing, administration and product management. In addition he has a B.Sc (Hons) in management science from Trinity College, Dublin. Stuart also has graduate membership of the Marketing Institute of Ireland and the European Marketing Confederation (EMC).
Stuart now has over ten years of management experience in the Telecommunications industry and has worked across the European market for companies such as diverse as eircom, TDC, Galileo and Czech Telecom. He has worked in the data and voice, wholesale and retail and national and international arenas. He has over four years of specializing in the CEE telecoms market and enjoyed huge success while Director of International Carrier Services with Czech Telecom.
Now, as part of the GTS CE management team, Stuart aims to bring similar success to GTS's retail sales within the CEE region, leveraging GTS's unrivalled network footprint in the region to provide customers with hassle-free and value for money telecoms solutions - making the most of using a single provider across an entire region.
