GTS Datanet moves up 78 places in Hungarian Top 500 Rankings

GTS Datanet, Hungarian subsidiary of GTS Central Europe reported 11,190m HUF revenue in 2005 and was ranked at 416th among the biggest 500 Hungarian companies in a list compiled by HVG, the leading Hungarian business weekly. Due to its 19% revenue growth, GTS Datanet moved up 78 places in the Top 500 rankings as compared to the previous year, which is a unique development in the Hungarian telecom market.
A total of 6,500 companies were examined to compile HVG's Top 500 list that ranks companies according to their revenues and exports in 2005. The business magazine has been ranking Top 50 companies on a biannual basis since 2000. The list published in January 2006 is unique of the series as a public survey on the 500 largest Hungarian companies has never been complied before.
