GTS Novera wins Company of the Region award

GTS Novera, a nationwide telecommunication operator, was voted the best company of the City of Prague in the 4th annual Company of the Region competition. The competition, the aim of which is to point out the companies which have actively been working with people, supporting their staff, and thus significantly influencing the region they have resided in, was organized by INC Consulting.
GTS Novera has won the 4th annual Company of the Region competition. According to the votes of dozens of personnel and education managers, GTS Novera won in the City of Prague region. The competition, which is open to all companies that have been doing business in the Czech Republic and have their registered office in the pertinent region, has two rounds. Major companies from each region are nominated into the first round automatically, though any company can enter the competition as well. Representatives of each entrant vote for the best three companies in each region. A total of 144 companies competed in the City of Prague region.
"Each victory is great but we especially appreciate this award and are very proud of winning it. Within the last three years we have incorporated as many as four competitive operators into our structures. It meant an enormous effort especially within the area of HR management. We would not have been able to complete successfully such a long-term acquisition period during which we had to merge as many as four different corporate cultures without our active work with people, listening to their suggestions and requirements, as well as without their commensurate incentive," said Mr. Milan Rusnák, GTS Novera's Director General.
