GTS Novera won the Ministry of Defense‘s tenders for a provision of international connectivity within NATO

GTS Novera, Czech subsidiary of GTS Central Europe and Czech Ministry of Defense undersigned the contracts for a lease and operations of international telecommunication lines for the sites located in Germany and Poland. These lines are to ensure the data transmissions within NATO. GTS Novera won the pertinent public tenders as it bid the lowest price. The company is going to ensure the services from this November till the end of 2012.

"We have been oriented primarily on a delivery of telecommunication services to business customers and customers from the public administration and local government sector. Winning this tender has fully proved our quality within this area", stated Mr. Milan Rusnák, GTS Novera's Director General and Chairman of the Board. "We intent to present our bid application within another Ministry of Defense's tender for a lease and operations of international lines which was invited by the end of this August", he added.

GTS Novera, as a winner of two tenders, is going to provide the Ministry of Defense with 2 Mbit/s international lines for the sites located in Germany and Poland. The pertinent public tenders were invited by the Ministry in spring. GTS Novera defeated three other bidders by offering the lowest price. The corresponding contracts were undersigned on July 25, 2007 and July 27, 2007 respectively. GTS Novera is to provide the above-mentioned services from the middle of October 2007 till the end of 2012.
