GTS to Acquire Contactel

GTS Central Europe Holdings BV (GTS CE) has entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in Contactel. The agreement is subject to Czech Anti-Monoply approval. Contactel is a wholly owned subsidiary of TDC - the leading provider of communications solutions in Denmark.
GTS Novera is the leading alternative provider of telecommunications solutions for business in the Czech Republic. GTS Novera is a wholly owned subsidiary of GTS CE.
