Management changes in GTS Group in Poland

Effective January 1st 2009, Piotr Sieluk is appointed CEO of GTS Energis replacing Jaromir Lacinski, who is leaving
the company. The change is part of the group -wide transformation program which aims to facilitate new strategy of GTS CE,
adopted after the ownership change of the Group early this year.
"Jaromir Lacinski has been part of company's management since 2000 and has played a key role in a start-up phase of Energis Poland as well as very successful merger with GTS Poland. Under his leadership, GTS Energis has become the most profitable alternative operator on the Polish market. On behalf of the entire group I would like to wish him good luck in his future endeavors. Piotr Sieluk joins our company with a challenge to take our Polish operations into a new phase, being an integral part of a truly regional company" - said Adam Sawicki, Chief Executive Officer of GTS CE.
Piotr Sieluk graduated from Law Faculty, University of Warsaw, and holds an MBA from University of Minnesota. He has started his carrier at Deloiite & Touche, followed by a number of management positions in Pioneer Mutual Fund, PWC, Energis, and Gravitas Private Equity fund where he was co-founder and Investment Director, recently he has served as CEO of one of the portfolio companies.
