The new Novera duo expres service: an integrated telecommunication solution for the small companies and home offices for CZK 645 a month

GTS Novera, a nationwide telecommunication operator, is going to launch a new service called Novera duo expres. This service, which combines standard phone services with a broadband Internet connection, is addressed to the small companies, trades and home offices. The Novera duo expres service offers usage-based fees amounting from CZK 0.80 per a minute and ADSL connection with the transmission rate up to 8 Mbit/s. The service provisioning is quite easy thanks to on-line ordering and use of a self-installation package. Within the action offer one might acquire for a monthly flat-fee amounting to CZK 645 a variant consisting of the Internet connectivity with the transmission rate 3 Mbit/s and phone services.
After a successful introduction of the Novera komplet office service addressed to SME's GTS Novera is coming with a new version of this service that has been adjusted to the requirements of smaller users. Small companies and trades might finally use an advantageous combination of voice services and broadband Internet and terminate their contractual relationship with the dominant operator while retaining their original phone numbers.
One account only, the same number
Similarly as the current Novera komplet office service the Novera duo expres service is based on the dominant operator's LLU GTS Novera has leased from and fully adapted in order to serve to its customers. They are no longer required to pay the line rental flat-fee to the dominant operator when paying off for the services provided so that they might cancel their contractual relationship with the dominant operator for good. So that they are going to pay for the use of the phone and Internet service Novera duo expres a single bill to a single operator only. Moreover, when migrating from the dominant operator to GTS Novera the customers will not lose their phone number, as it will be portaged to the GTS Novera's network.
Fast connectivity, low prices
There are offered four different variants of the Internet connectivity with the transmission rates from 2,048/384 kbit/s to 8,192/512 kbit/s available from 645 CZK monthly fee. Besides a broadband Internet connectivity the Novera duo expres service also offers cheap calls. The usage-based fee for the calls to a fixed-line network amounts to CZK 0.88 per a minute while the usage-based fee for the calls to a mobile network amounts to CZK 3.80 per a minute. The service provisioning is quite easy thanks to on-line ordering and use of a self-installation package. The minimum monthly usage-based fee charged for the Novera duo expres service amounts to CZK 200.00.
Action offer: 3 Mbit/s for a monthly flat-fee amounting to CZK 645 only
Within the action offer valid till the end of this August it is possible to acquire a variant that consists of the Internet connectivity with the transmission rates 3,072/384 kbit/s and phone service for a monthly flat-fee amounting to CZK 645.00 only - thus for the same price as a 2 Mbit/s transmission rate current fee. This price shall be valid for the entire life of the pertinent contract that is to be concluded for 18 months. In such case the service will be provisioned to the customer for the installation fee amounting to mere CZK 1.00. In addition, the customer might opt whether to acquire the modem or number portability for mere CZK 1.00.
Availability of the Novera duo expres service
The Novera duo expres service has already been available to the customers residing in the cities as follows: Brno, České Budějovice, Hradec Králové, Liberec, Ostrava, Pardubice, Plzeň and Praha. In the near future, there will be added the cities as follows: Jihlava, Olomouc, Karlovy Vary, Kolín, Nymburk, Ústí nad Labem and Zlín.
