The GTS internet service provides a symmetrical fixed connection to the Internet network with guaranteed parameters by means of an IP communications protocol.

The basis of the service is the transfer of the customer's data in the form of IP packets between the interface to the terminal equipment situated on the customer’s premises and any equipment accessible via the internet by means of symmetrical access speed.

The service guarantees the accessibility of the service, the accessibility backbone capacities, the accessibility of routes to local public peering nodes and routes to the international connection provider.

The GTS internet service is a comprehensive service supervised by the provider throughout the entire network and along the entire route of the access line to the Ethernet interface at CPE.

Aside from operating the service GTS internet service constitutes, operational supervision and maintenance, survey, project and installation work for establishment of the service and the provision of up to the network border interface.
