She comes to this position from the Czech telecommunications provider GTS Novera that is a part of the GTS CE group. This new position is a part of the announced strategy to unify the group and its country subsidiaries following its change of ownership.

Private Equity Consortium Acquires GTS Central Europe

Group Menatep Limited (GML) has sold 100 percent of the shares in its subsidiary GTS Central Europe (GTS CE) to a consortium of private equity funds, including Columbia Capital, M/C Venture Partners, Innova Capital, HarbourVest Partners, Oak Investment Partners and Bessemer Venture Partners (the Consortium).

GTS Novera in 2007: The best financial results in the company’s history

GTS Novera, the nationwide telecommunication operator, ended 2007 with excellent financial results. Compared to 2006 the most important indicator, EBITDA grew by 13 % to more than CZK 1.041 billion. The company achieved a net profit of CZK 16.7 million. Revenues totaled CZK 5.765 billion, i.e. a similar level to 2006.
