This service provides callers with easy access to speacial services, like green and blue numbers.

Green numbers (toll free)

Using any telephone and at no cost to them, callers are able to obtain the information they need or that you, as the owner of the toll-free green line, want to offer them. The calling fees are charged to the party that has established the green number.

Blue numbers (local access)

The service is highly efficient, due to the fact that the call charge is shared between the caller and the called party. The reasonable cost for the called party, low rates for callers and low incidence of malicious calls are advantageous features of this service. A caller from a fixed-line network pays the local-call rate. A caller from a cellular network usually pays the rate for calls to fixed-line networks. This actual rate must however be confirmed by the respective mobile operator. The remaining part of the call fees is charged to you - i.e. the party who has established the blue number

Premium rate numbers

For companies that wish to provide their clients with simple and efficient access to paid information. Its uses include to provide consultation, quickly changing information and dating services, as well as for conducting games and competitions or to provide erotic content. Telephone access allows one to offer the most up-to-date form of information.

Detailed description of service

Within the GTS network, each call to a colour number is routed to a telephone station selected by the customer. Typically, this is a GTS voice line, or a line of another fixed-line or mobile operator within the relevant GTS country.

The owner of the line may connect the line to any communications device, be it a telephone, fax, virtual answering machine or a PBX.

The service can be modified in more detailed and sophisticated ways, such as to use a system of conditional routing. The service subscriber may define different target phone numbers for various days of the week - that is, to forward calls to different numbers on different days. Similarly, calls can be routed to various target numbers at different times within a given day.

The basic day groupings for conditional routing are: Monday through Sunday, weekdays, weekends and state holidays. Regarding time-of-day routing, the day can be divided into 15-minute time periods.
